We're here!

We arrived this morning and finally at around 3:00 pm (Ethiopian time) we met Almaz! She is beautiful and it seems like she has a fiesty spirit. When I saw her I started crying, which made her cry. After we recovered from that we took her outside for a while and Grant was trying to make her laugh, which made her really cry!

We won't be able to see Almaz again until Tuesday when we go to the Embassey. We are looking forward to our next two days in the southern region and are especially looking forward to getting back to Addis to see Almaz again.
