New pictures!

The blog is not dead! Anna and I have a few more entries we plan to write about the care center, Compassion International, and the remaining steps of the adoption journey. We're still not officially done yet as we have a few more formal steps to go through with the US government. In addition, we plan to continue posting updates and pictures. We're sorry it's been so long since we posted and we hope you'll keep checking back occasionally. Alex has been a great baby so far and we are having so much fun with him.

Grammie and Grandpa Braasch came to visit Alex for the first time in mid July and here's a picture of proud Grandpa Kent with Alex.

Here are a couple of shots of Alex just hanging out at home after a bath and just relaxing on the couch.

Last weekend, the three of us traveled to Lake Kabekona near Walker, MN to spend a few days with some of my high school friends. Here we are sitting on the dock together and Alex drying off after his first swim!
